Payments

1. What are the payment methods available?

Our website accepts the following payment methods:

  • Credit and debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and UnionPay)
  • Payment apps: PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link

Payment is secured by our payment partners in charge.

2. What should I do if my payment gets refused?

If you are experiencing issues when proceeding with your payment, please verify your card details to ensure the cardholder’s name, card number, expiry date and CVV/CVC are correct. If the issue persists, please kindly contact your bank in case your payment is declined or cancelled for security reasons. If this is the case, you may use another payment option to proceed with your payment.

3. Where can I find my invoice?

You can find your invoice attached in the confirmation email after you place an order. If you have signed up for an account with us, you can also download your invoice by visiting the ‘Order History’ section.
