1. How can I know my order has been confirmed?

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order information. To avoid occasion where the email might have been redirected to your spam or junk folder, please check your spam or junk folder to ensure that the confirmation email is received.

If you didn’t receive any confirmation email, please contact our customer service team at customerservice@therhetor.co with the subject ‘Missing order confirmation’ and our team will process it as soon as possible.

2. Can I cancel or modify my order?

Unfortunately, orders have been placed on therhetor.co cannot be cancelled or modified. Please double-check your order before you proceed to checkout.

3. What should I do if my order has not arrived?

You may contact the appointed courier service for any delayed or missing issue. If the issue is still unresolved, please contact our customer service team at customerservice@therhetor.co with your order number and contact details, and we will try our best to assist you.

4. How can I identify my size?
