1. How can I create an account on therhetor.co?

You may click on ‘Account’ on the top right corner of our website. Follow the instructions and fill up the information that needed. When account is created, you are all set and ready to shop with your own account.

2. Do I need to create an account to place an order?

You can shop without creating an account, you may key in your email address and choose ‘CHECKOUT AS A GUEST’ during the checkout process.

However, creating an account may elevate your shopping experience. You can shop more conveniently by saving your information, such as order history, contact information including billing and shipping address, and card details. You may also create a wish list for the pieces you have been eyeing and track your placed order seamlessly by logging into your account.

3. How can I track my order?

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email to the tracking information. If you have signed up for an account with us, you can also track your order by logging into your account.

4. How can I reset my password?

If you forget your password, you may click on the ‘forget password’ button while logging into your account. You will receive an email to the password reset link and instructions.

5. How can I delete my account?
